Ms. Cranshaw is a retired Guidance Counselor and Director and retired instructor at Northeastern University. She was one
of the founders of the Massachusetts Peer Helpers Association, has been on its Board of Directors since its inception in
1987, acted as its President for three years, and has chaired several MPHA Annual Conferences as well as two of the national
NAPP conferences. She served as a member of the NAPP Board of Directors from 1994-98. She has presented and trained at both
the national and state levels most of the years since NAPP and MPHA were founded.
